Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

Payment is completed through an external payment service provider. The store redirects you to the provider's secure page to complete the payment.

Provider name and available methods: shown on the provider's secure payment page.

2. Card data

The seller does not request, process or store payment card data. Card details are entered only on the payment provider's page.

3. Currency

Orders are charged in euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Payment confirmation

An order is treated as paid only after the payment is confirmed. Until then the order is held with the status "payment returned" and is not dispatched. If your payment fails, the order remains available for a new payment attempt.

5. Invoices

An invoice can be issued for an order.
